He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Williams and Norma Tabor Williams; and his wife Hattie Marie Townsend Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda (Tony Stafford) and Angela (Jeff Knox); his grandchildren, Zane (Lauren Stafford), Anna Marie Knox (Wes Robinson) and Madeline Carol Knox; his great grandchildren, Noah James Robinson, Beckham Henry Robinson and Hattie June Stafford; and his siblings, Ruth Cope, Ruby Ingram, Florence Phelps, Kash Williams and Roger Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Menifee Home For Funerals (P. O. Box 98 847 Highway 36, Frenchburg, KY 40322). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
