He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Baker (Jerry Jones) of Liberty, KY.; his close friend Bonnie Collinsworth of Frenchburg, KY.; his grandchildren, Braydon Baker, Brooklynn Harvey, Brentlee Baker and Jaxon O'Hair; and his siblings, Connie (Jeff Henry), Raymond (Connie Baker), Franklin and Jamie (Lisa Baker).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Menifee Home For Funerals (P. O. Box 98 847 Highway 36, Frenchburg, KY 40322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
