He is survived by : his wife Maxine Barker Phillips of Frenchburg, KY; his children, Jeremy Phillips of Findlay, Jon Phillips of Morehead, Jerred Phillips of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jessica Hopper of Winchester; and his nephew Jeff Phillips.
