He is survived by: his stepdaughter Nikki Branham; his stepgrandson William Dylan Branham; his siblings, Tony Smith (Mendy) of Campton, Kentucky, Jill Smith of Frenchburg, Cindy Smith of Campton, Kentucky and Amanda Knack (Chester) of Campton, Kentucky; his siblings' children, Braydyn Knack, Kyra Knack, Kayla McVey, Brandon Slone, Kelsey Faulkner and Tyler Smith; his great-nephew Camden Slone; and his pets, Little Buddy and Brownie.
