He is survived by : his siblings, Michael Rowe of Means, KY, James Rowe Jr. (Tina) of Means, KY, Phillip Rowe of Frenchburg, KY, Patricia Amburgey of Frenchburg, KY and Ruth Ann Rowe of Frenchburg, KY. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and nineteen great nieces and nephews.
