It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lodis Wells of Frenchburg, Kentucky, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Wilburn Sargent; her husband Cordell Wells; her son Cordell Mark Wells; and her siblings, Melvin Sargent, Kermit Sargent, Clester Sargent, Dallas Sargent, Mazie Steele, Velma Burke and Reva Louise Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Garland Wayne Wells of Frenchburg, KY, Jesse Bruce Wells (Melissa) of Frenchburg, KY, Beverly Kay Robertson (Steve) of Frenchburg, KY and Vicki Lynn Donathan (Gary) of Frenchburg, KY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
