He is survived by: his wife Cherie (Conway); his daughter Melanie; his son-in-law Jody Pugh; his grandchildren, Ethan of Naples, Florida. and Avery Pugh of Naples, Florida.; and his sisters, Shirley (Bobby Arnold), Geraldine Jones of Salt Lick, KY, Linda Combs of Statham, GA and Kitty Thomas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
