He is survived by: his caregivers, Linia and James Dennis of Frenchburg, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Dennis, Nellie Dennis, James Dennis Jr. and Levi Dennis; and his great grandchildren, River Madden and Jolene Roberson.
