He was predeceased by: his parents, Elcana McCoy and Dixie McCoy; and his siblings, Hansel McCoy and Maudie Aileen Dobson. He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis McCoy of Charleston, WV, Ethel Hatfield of Elkton, MD, Emma Jean Shingledecker of Columbus, OH, Linda Lee Williams of Carrollton, VA and Bonnie Sue McCoy of Warfield, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
