She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Cole and Delores Brown; her husband William Paul Hurt; and her stepsister Judy Bell. She is survived by : her siblings, Wayne Cole (Tammy) of Frenchburg, KY and Patricia Lentz (David) of Piqua, OH; and her stepsister Julie Binkley of Knoxville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
