He was predeceased by : his brother Jack Wade Daugherty. He is survived by : his wife Rhodema Neal Daugherty; his sons, Walter Shannon Daugherty and Kelly Neal Daugherty; his grandchildren, Austin Richards, Allison Grace Daugherty and Alexandria Christine Daugherty; and his siblings, Randy Daugherty (Sarah), Raymond Daugherty Jr., Gary Wayne Daugherty (Pamela) and Sandra Chambers.
