He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Fenwick Hicks and Charles William Fenwick; his stepfather Harry Hicks; his in-laws, Bill and Blondell Holland; his daughter-in-law Deborah Fenwick; and his son Charles William Fenwick, III (Susie).
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Dr. Michael Fenwick of Columbia, TN and Ann Bilbrey (Joe) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Beth Simkanin (David) of Germantown, TN, Courtney Goodman (Alex) of Columbia, TN, Bret Bilbrey of Memphis, TN, Ryan Fenwick of Louisville, KY, James Fenwick (Jennifer) and Elise Fenwick-Sanders (Elijah) of Cincinnati, OH.; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Simkanin, Will, Clayton, Lillian Goodman of Columbia, TN, Cecilia and Atticus Fenwick-Sanders of Cincinnati, OH..
Burial will follow in St. Jerome Cemetery, Fancy Farm, KY, Memorials may be made to KennTenn EMS or St. Edward Catholic Church.
