He is survived by: his wife Joy Elliott Otts; and his children, James Clayton Otts (Hannah) of Fulton, Michelle Otts (Bubba) of Cleveland, Stephanie Weaver (Steve) of Sweetwater and Jennifer Lacy (Art) of Horn Lake, Mississippi. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
