He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Benton "O. B." Cox and Jimmie Francis Magness Cox; and his sister Sarah Miller. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Thompson Cox; his children, Paula Hurdle (Troy) of Oxford, MS and Jeff Cox (Michelle) of Collierville, TN; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hurdle-Mills (Andrew) of Shepherdsville, KY, Hannah Hurdle of Nashville, TN. and Ryan Cox of Nashville, TN..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
