She is survived by: her children, Lenard Fulcher (Janet) of Union City, TN and Julia Smith of Fulton, KY; her sister Lenise Kohler; and her grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Nicholas Howard (Peyton), Michael Fulcher, Jonathan Howard and Julian Howard. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
