It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Collins (Fulton, Kentucky), who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Beard (Buck) and Mary Lou Jackson Beard; her former husband Edward Blalock; and her brother Joe Beard. She is survived by: her husband David Collins; her children, Tony Blalock (Jodie), Timmy Blalock (Jennifer), Tracy Bennett (Jeff), Teresa Decker and Andy Collins (Susanne); her grandchildren, Eric Blalock (Jenah), Jessica Lathrop (Nick), Amanda Mosley (Quinn), Nathan Blalock (Bailey), Josh Bennett (Rachael), Ginna Bennett, Tyler Decker (Ashley), Rachel Decker, Cameron Collins and Anne Claire Collins; and her sister-in-law Brenda Beard. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Our Funeral Chapel. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
