He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Floyd and Mary Geneva Partlow Floyd; and his siblings, Gussie Turner, James Earl Floyd and Tracy Lynn Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Jo Collier Floyd of Fulton, KY; and his siblings, Billy Ray Floyd of Steger, IL, Sharon Hendon of Sedalia, KY and Susan G. Poole of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews.
