She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Walton Rozzell and Eula B. Nicholas Rozzell; her husband William Joseph "Billy Joe" Speight; and her siblings, Claudine Chedester, Montez Grant, B. Rozzell and Bo Rozzell.

She is survived by: her daughter Joanna Speight Damons (Joe) of Dickson, TN; and her granddaughter Kayla Riannon Damons (Robert) of Brentwood, TN..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Funeral Chapel. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Walnut Grove Cemetery.
