She is survived by: her husband Garry Boekhout; her sons, Carl Nelson (Uthaiwan) of Fulton, KY, Gordon "Beaver" Nelson of Fulton, KY and Glenn Patrick Boekhout (Lauren) of Farmington, KY; her grandchildren, Marc Nelson (Nancy) of Frankfort, Elizabeth O'Neil of Mayfield, KY, Erica Stokes (Bradley) of Mayfield, KY, Garry Nelson of Nashville, TN, Oliva Eley of Paducah, KY, Tabatha Mayo of Cincinnati, OH, Megan Boekhout of New Brunswick, NJ and Brett Errickson of Farmington, KY; and her sisters, Wilma Jean Costlow of California and Edith Glenn Costlow of Virginia. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
