She is survived by: her sons, Chad Smith (Rouella) of Nashville, TN and Johnny Smith (Jenny) of Fulton, KY; her grandchildren, Alyxis Smith of Nashville, TN, Anastaisa Smith of Nashville, TN, McKenzie Smith of Fulton, KY, Preston Smith of Fulton, KY, Colton Pettit of Clinton, KY, Isaiah Pettit of Clinton, KY and Allison Pullen (Mason) of South Fulton, TN; and her great grandchild Evelyn Pullen.
