He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hascal "Jack" and Myrtle Susan Chandler (Jackson); his son Timmy Chandler; and his sister Velma Jacks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Chandler (Howard) of Gamaliel; his daughter Melissa Farrar (Brian) of Gallatin, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Whitney Phillips (Scott) and Austin Copass (McKinsey); and his daughter-in-law Andrea Chandler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Monroe County Backpack Program in memory of Bobbie.
