She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Phillips and Ada Phillips; her husband Richard C. Tuttrup; and her siblings, Maedean Taylor, Willie Dee Phillips of Gamaliel, Freeman Phillips of Dinuba and Bill Phillips of Reedley, California..

She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Tuttrup and Tamara L. Saenz; her children-in-law, Kennette Tuttrup and David Saenz; her grandchildren, Tannisse Tuttrup, Jordyn (Clayton Fox), Aubrey (John Gaytan) and Jessica Saenz; and her great grandchild Peter Gaytan.
