He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hutchison and Anna Pendleton Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife Kay Hutchison of Gamaliel; his daughters, Cynthia Hutchison Hancock (Steve) of Columbia and Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin of Columbia; his grandchildren, Brian Montgomery, Benjamin Ray Hancock, Michael Hutchison Hancock, Matthew Stevenson Hancock, Jackson Edward Corbin and Reese Hutchison Corbin; and his sisters, Louella Gore of Russell Springs and Prudence Westholm (Robert) of Elizabethtown.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons - Gamaliel (315 E Main St, Gamaliel, KY 42140).

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Gamaliel Fire Department or the Gamaliel Cemetery, which can be made at either funeral home.
