She is survived by: her children, Hiram Johnson Jr. (Sheila), Roland Johnson (Melissa), Charles Johnson (Becky), Roger Jacobs and Joanie Slone (Michael); her brothers, Denzil Jacobs and Craner Jacobs; and her grandchildren, Sandra Mae, Juanita, Kelli, Crystal, Isabella, Savannah, Alex, Jamie, Sammy Joe, Michael, Mathew, Joshua, Stephon and Isaiah. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Beloved Nieces, Nephews.
