He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flannery and Perry Clemnons Flannery. He is survived by: his girlfriend Elizabeth Simpson; his daughter Rachel Florence Lancaster (William); and his grandchildren, Kylan Leadingham, Braxton Leadingham, Kyden Florence, Katlynn Florence, Kylee Florence and Kaysen Florence.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spurlin Funeral Home (1782 Lexington Rd, Lancaster, KY 40444). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Junction City Cemetery.
