It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bethleen Francis of Garrett, Kentucky, who passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Sterling Francis; her parents, Clarence Huff and Francis Jacobs Huff; her son Brian Wayne Francis; her brother Clinton; and her grandson Joshua Shawn Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Phillip Francis of Garrett, KY, Christopher Francis of Garrett, KY and Tammy Laferty (Larry) of Prestonsburg, KY; her siblings, Laurel Huff of Cincinnati, OH and Orzie Likens of Rittman, OH; and her grandsons, Tyler Francis and Kason Joshua Francis.
