He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Lester Collins and Ethel Chaffins Collins; children: Tony Store, Randy Store, Glen Allen Collins, Ricky Leroy Store and Amy Jo Collins; grandchildren: David Store, Jasmine Store, Andy Store, Brittany Store, Mike Fry and Matt Store; brothers and sisters: Herman Collins, Birchel Collins, Thurman Collins, Juanita Tuttle, Freida Hammonds and Buddy Collins; host of nieces and nephews; other: Ricky Smith, Randall Short, Jamie Tuttle and Dylan Combs.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel (619 Hindman Bypass, Hindman, KY 41822).
