He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hughes Allen; his sisters, Delores "Boo" Branham of Lackey, KY and Clara Conley of Garrett, KY; his grandchildren, Preston Bolen, Krista Brown, Marsha Lea Johnston and Whitney Riche; and his great grandchildren, Koal Bolen, Knox Bolen, Addison Brown, Andrew Brown, Piper Johnston, Case Riche and Mia Riche.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A masonic service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
