She is survived by: her children, Michael Tuttle of Garrett, Kentucky, Jeffrey Tuttle of Garrett, Kentucky, Jamie Tuttle (Elizabeth) of Garrett, Kentucky, Shirley Moore of Garrett and Angie Ousley (Joey) of Sitka; and her brother Glen Collins of Garrett, Kentucky. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren & 10 Great Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
