She is survived by: her husband Allen Wagley; her children, David Keith Duncan (Adrionna) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Jodi Terry (Ritchie) of Langley, Angela Caudill (Diamont) of Garrett and Karrie Harris (Elmer) of Topmost, Kentucky; her sisters, Velma Mills (Noel) of Alvin, Alice Hall of Georgetown and Myrie Zimmerman (Quent) of Avilla, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Justin Conley (Kayla), Cody Conley (Ashley), Corey Terry (Kaitlin), Cierra Harris (Baylon), Andrew Terry (Elysia), Kaylee Marsillett (Cole), Gabriel Duncan, Sawyer Duncan, Hudson Duncan, Tatum Blevins, Maddox Duncan and Grayson Duncan. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
