She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Wilburn and Cophine Friend Wilburn; and her husband Calvin Chatman. She is survived by: her siblings, Glenn Wilburn and Margie Wilburn; her siblings-in-law, Louise Wilburn, Dan Walters, Dean Johnson, Carl Dyer and Tom Jarrells; her son Eugene Chatman (Andria) of South Portsmouth, Kentucky.; her grandson Calvin J. C. Chatman of Firebrick, Kentucky.; and her sisters, Jean Dyer of Laurel, Chris Johnson of Vanceburg, Sue Thayer of Garrison and Betsy Jarrells of Vanceburg, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home (159 2nd St, Vanceburg, KY 41179). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Black Oak Cemetery.
