He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Lee (Javier Garcia) of Vanceburg, Kentucky., Dreama Scott of Vanceburg, Kentucky. and James Lee of Indiana; his brother Robert Lee of Connersville, Indiana.; his grandchildren, John Christopher Dick II, Parker Reid Dick, Jaycob Matthew Dick, Russell Avery Scott Jr., Roxton Alexzander Scott and Lebreeskia Marie Dawn Scott; and his great grandchild Aria Virginia Dick.
