He is survived by: his children, Christopher Caldwell (Deanna), Daniel White, Kyra Zornes, Shonda Mosley (David), Kailee "Nikki" Caldwell, Donna Ruckel, Marge Everman, Kathy Wright and Jeanne Gordon.
