He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fern Fairchild Hall; and his son Justin Woody Hall of Garrison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Grizzle Hall Cemetery (2798 Cooper Rd, Greenup, KY 41144).
