She was predeceased by : her parents, William Barkley and Norma Wells Barkley; and her siblings, Billy Ray Barkley, Ernest Barkley, Richard Barkley, Allie Vance and Francis Dolliver.

She is survived by : her sister Thelma Vance of Georgetown; and her caregiver Martha Wells. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
