He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hatley and Minnie Gilkey McIntyre; and his brothers, Ronnie McIntyre and Lorenzo McIntyre. He is survived by: his son Anthony Apollo McIntyre; his sisters, Kathy White (Marvin) and Melanie Harris (Preston); his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Foster (Daniel), Natalie White, Derrick White and Preston L. Harris (Tiffany); his close friends, Barry Tilford and Andre Higgins; and his pets, Whitey and Buddy. He is also survived by many friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
