He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Hackworth and Leona B. Duncan Hackworth; and his sister Linda Hackworth Sharron. He is survived by: his wife Charlene True Hackworth; his daughter Kelley Len Hackworth of Georgetown; his brother-in-law James Elwood Sharron of Santa Rosa; his niece Tabatha McEldred of Santa Rosa; his nephew Jon Patrick Sharron of Paris; his close friend B. J. Wasson of Winchester; and his pets, Stella Grace and Jasper Henry. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and his beloved church family.
