He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Hinkle and Daisy Payne Hinkle; and his siblings, Connie Smallwood and Ronnie Hinkle. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hamm (Mike Tackett), Melissa Harrison (Scott), Kevin Hinkle (Crystol), Carl "Junior" Hinkle, Mike Hinkle and Cory Hinkle; and his brothers, Terry Hinkle, Dennis Hinkle (Vicki) and Roger Hinkle. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson's Funeral Home (641 S Broadway St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Georgetown Cemetery (710 S Broadway St, Georgetown, KY 40324).
