We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carrie Elizabeth Hoffman (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Vevay, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Humphrey James and Louisa McFarland James; her husband Porter Hoffman; and her siblings, George, Harold, John, Lewis James and Mary Landon.

She is survived by: her stepson John T. Hoffman; and her sisters, Bonnie Lynn and Betty Clifton (Charles). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carrie's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
