Moody and Marydyth Costigan (John); the mother of his children Maribeth Moody; his stepchildren, Deborah Guffey (Joe), Marcia Ward (Kevin) and Greg Langan; his daughter LaRena Lucas; his grandchildren, Brennan Costigan, Britney Moss (Clay), Hailey Ward, April Lancaster, Shelby Langan and Hayley Ford; his siblings, Janice Pulliam (Larry), Joel Moody (Dee) and Larry Moody (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Linda and Rickey Bailey.
