He is survived by : his wife Debra Dillon Johnson; his children, Michelle Johnson, David Michael "Davey" Johnson, II, Christopher Johnson and Amy Barnes (Mike); and his grandchildren, Lex Palmerton, JC Johnson, Aubryonna Johnson, Xander Johnson and Colby Tharpe.
