He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Warrix and Ollie Gray Warrix; and his siblings, Edward Warrix, Shirley Tullis and Tammy Warrix-Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Kristy Dunaway-Warrix; his daughter Crystal Warrix; his stepdaughters, Olivia Chandler, Mackenzie Dunaway and El Dunaway; and his sisters, Cordie Embry, Donna Meyer, Julia Ann Morris and Chasity Warrix.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations can be made to the Scott County Humane Society.
