He is survived by: his wife Pamela Johnson Doan; his daughter Tara L. Doan (Nicole Hucks); his sisters, Dorris Mullberry and Gwen Lancaster; and his granddaughter Hailee Hamby (Jesse). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many lifelong friends.
