He is survived by: his children, Erik Vance of Georgetown, Joe Vance (Kim) of Georgetown and April Vance of Georgetown; his wife Ann Todd Vance; and his siblings, Joe Clay Vance, Chester Vance, Lucille Ratcliff and Artie Burgess. He is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
