He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Sloan; his daughter Jaelyn Rivera (Nathaniel Rivera); his former wife Jeanine Mobley-Sloan; his siblings, Charlie Sloan (Donna Sloan), Donna Sloan, Gary Sloan (Jackie Sloan), Denise Coffman-Cardenas (Tom Cardenas), Sandra Wethington (Ricky Wethington) and Randy Sloan; his sister-in-law Jackie Sloan; and his niece Elena Luckett (Josh).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bagdad Cemetery (5177 Elmburg Rd, Bagdad, KY 40003).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Bluegrass Care Navigators.
