He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Osborne and Margaret Ennis Osborne; his former life partner Nellie Osborne; and his daughter Theresa Bolton. He is survived by : his wife Mary Oldham Osborne; his children, Oram Keith Osborne of Burlington, KY, Christian Bolton and Barbara Jean King; and his brother David Osborne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
