He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Lewis, Sr. and Naomi Carr Lewis; and his daughter Teresa Faye Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Freddy Lewis III (Jessica), Chris Stephens and Brittany Lewis; his sister Lucy Duncan (Mike); his grandchildren, Cole, Sofia, Aubrey Lewis, Emily Elkins, Olivia, Cayden and Westyn Coffey; and his great grandchild Roman Parsley.
