He was predeceased by : his brother Chad Everett Willoughby; and his mother-in-law Dana Joyce Scott (Dawes). He is survived by : his parent Patricia Gay Willoughby (Wethington); his pet Salon (Brook); his wife Brook Willoughby (Scott); his daughters, Kaelynn Willoughby and Leah Willoughby; his pet Macy; his father-in-law Steve Scott (Brenda); his sister Angela Willoughby Sargent (Barry); and his nieces, Beth Sargent and Lindsey Sargent.
