He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Homer; his parents, Cecil Riley and LaVerne Jennings Brown; his brother James "Jim" Cecil Brown; and his nieces and nephews, Shelly Stine (Jeffrey), Jason Brown (Karen Novak), Geoffrey Brown (Sherry Roberts), Eugene "Gene" Brown (Ruth Ann Pethtel) of The Villages, Darren Varee (Lauren DiAngelis), Rachael Rose Brown Deel (Joshua "Josh"), Kevin Homer (Tara Walton) of West Norton and Mandy Salay (Kevin) of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
