He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Dowland Flannery; his children, Kathy Jean Flannery and Kenneth Ray Flannery (Linda); his siblings, Linda Engle, Rita Richie (Rick) and William Engle; his grandchildren, Kendra Leigh Arkenau, Trey Brackett, Julie Lyons, Michael Marshall and Matthew Marshall; his niece Shannon Rae Richie; and his nephew Kevin "Butch" Cornett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson's Funeral Home (641 S Broadway St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
